Celebrate the Spring Equinox at ALTAR Community in Logan Square.
Spend the day nourishing yourself, in preparation for the seasonal shift from Winter into Spring.
Yoga instructor Emily Rezetko will lead a gentle vinyasa and meditation practice to reset the nervous system and provide deep relaxation. We will enjoy a delicious, vegetarian brunch spread by integrative health coach, Anna Jackson. End the day creating a pressed flower sun catcher, fermented soda and planting a Spring seed to take home. This experience is like a mini yoga retreat without leaving Chicago.
Just bring yourself and a yoga mat!

energy exchange: Join the event at a discounted rate in exchange for some light assistance throughout the day.
Throughout the event, helpers will have simple tasks such as showing guests around the space at check-in and assisting with setting out food and craft supplies. All helpers should stay after the event until 2:30p to assist with clean up and load out.
