Yoga + Acupuncture
at Chicago Plants
Sunday May 4th

6-7:30p

with Emily Rezetko and Nicole Rousonelos

Emily will guide a yoga class geared toward releasing tension and moving toward feelings of calm strength through therapeutic grounding techniques.

This practice is accessible to beginners. Pregnant people and folks with chronic conditions should communicate with us so that we can provide variations in the practice or alternative acupuncture points if necessary.

During a long savasana,

Nicole will apply needles to acupuncture points on the hands, feet and head in order to balance and affect change within the whole body. This is a great opportunity for those new to acupuncture to get a short sample and for all to experience grounding the blend of two ancient healing modalities.

We will have two blocks and a small blanket for everyone. Please bring your own mat and any other props you might need to lie  more comfortably.
